Ab Roller Wheel: Probably the most underrated excercise that provides great overall activation. Tricep, chest, shoulders then core and back and bicep on the return. Add a pause for more progression.

The press is an overlooked compound movement that builds strong shoulders, chest, and arms, while also working the rest of your body. The press helps improve deficiencies in your overall upper body strength, translating to improved numbers on the bench press, chin-ups, rows, and more. If you are plateauing on any of these, try focusing on the press for a few weeks and see how much it helps!

Health and fitness. Health is always put first. Be safe, be careful and wear a mask to protect yourself and others.
You don't need "abs exercises" to work the core. Unilateral exercises, such as a single-arm incline flye, involves loading one side of the body at a time. It requires core activation to stabilze the movement.
