I submitted 3 quilts to Quilt Con in February. This one - Tract - made it to the reject pile. It’s in very good company as 80% of submissions were rejected.
I loved playing with the log cabin improv blocks that began with a little piece of cut up cross stitch done by my sister. I set these blocks into the negative space representing undeveloped land and ideas.

Happiness is - having your sewing machine back from being serviced.

Time to start piecing these blocks together.
