“As a full-time corporate gal and part-time fitness instructor, I’m always looking to deepen her wellness game. I believe that fitness isn’t just about the workout—it’s about fostering community, building real connections and improving ourselves both inside and outside of the gym.
Attitude is everything and I’m a strong believer that thoughts are things. I’m consistently motivated by the idea that whether you believe you can or can’t, you’re right.
My current favorite artists include John Summit, Rufus Du Sol and Tiesto - there will absolutely be no shortage of them in my playlists!”
