After a couple attempts at patching this customer needed to call in the pros. All loose cement and broken tiles were removed, new cement build-up to bring the new tiles forward and matching grout to make it like new again!

Old style with a fresh look! New pressure treated frame, landscape fabric to reduce weed growth, raised and re-leveled patio stones with perma-sand to fill and seal the gaps

After a drafty winter this customer was ready for an upgrade! Full replacement, double layer spray foam insulation, new trim inside and out with a fresh coat of paint to seal!
