Within YOU lies the answers that always guide you towards clarity and peace. It's the intuitive YOU, called your Self.

While your thoughts keep you busy with what they want you to act on, your Self is where the actions to live the life you want will show up. On my 1st day back my Self actions are to follow a 30 day Mediterranean way of eating to honor my body - for longevity !!! Omg. This is what I love about my 4 step method - it gives you what’s unique to you to have the life you want. 🙌

Last day in Switzerland! 🎈Traveling home to a new life - literally! Daily engulfing myself in my Self energy has altered life as we head back. This wasn’t a holiday... it was a journey that gave me a new context for my marriage with my husband. This trip was during our wedding anniversary. After 28 years, I am experiencing Trusting my partner - literally no longer in my mind’s survival energy of having to ‘protect’ myself - just WOW! I'm returning home more alive and excited for the next era of our journey together as partners, loving each other newly 🥰 ❤️🙌🏽.

I woke up with my thoughts loudly  telling me - ‘you cannot do today … take a break!’ I observed them ( like watching a movie) as I got dressed for the day, choosing to listen instead to my inner guidance that said… GO. This amazing waterfall is what greeted me after my 2 hour train ride 🤩. What thoughts can you let go of today … listen and trust your inner voice , then notice what new joy shows up on your day 👏.

The serene mountain village of Mürren! I passed so many great places with wonderful views but when I Connected to my Self I got to go to a cafe where I relaxed and had the best meal. Gluten free home made desserts ..lots of veggie sandwiches…. Wow …. I was happy, peaceful and my day got better. Trusting and acting from my Self versus the logical mind always brings you the best results. I took this picture  after that great meal 🙌❤️

Guys - be diligent and force the people around you to put down their phones and engage in being together. You'll feel more connected and present to the joy of life!

On the move …. Old town Zürich … a BIG mind release this morning as my thoughts ‘hijacked’ me with what wasn’t how it should be …now my day unfolds from what I bring to it - clarity, ease and joy! Share with me what thoughts you’re releasing today ?
