I’m off to the High Fitness mecca in a couple of days so no classes for me but got you covered this Wednesday 9:30 AM at Westside Rec Centre.

You know what makes .fitness so fun? The MUSIC!! We use music that everyone knows and loves. I have a hard time making a playlist for every class because it’s really hard to put all of my faves in one playlist.

SERIOUSLY THO…well the only other thing I regret is not certifying to teach .fitness sooner but let’s take baby steps. The longer you put off trying HIGH the longer it’ll take you to get realize you’ve been missing out on the most fun party with most fun music and the most fun people. I’m trying to save you from that heartache so just come try it out! You have any questions about it, let me know!
