The Awesome Foundation for the Arts and Sciences is an ever-growing, worldwide network of people devoted to forwarding the interest of awesomeness in the universe. Since its humble beginnings, many Awesome Foundation chapters have sprung up globally to conserve, sustain, and support the worldwide ecosystem of awesomeness. Projects have included efforts in a wide range of areas including technology, arts, social good, and beyond.

Our Story
Awesome Foundation - Calgary (Awesome Calgary, or AF-Calgary) is the Calgary chapter of The Awesome Foundation for the Arts and Sciences, an ever growing, worldwide network of people devoted to forwarding the interest of awesomeness in the universe.
How it Works: We are a small group of awesome people who pitch in $100 out of our own pockets every month to grant $1,000 to the most awesome idea submitted that month!
Based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, AF-Calgary strives to promote and enable awesomeness in the city in order to build civic pride and to show the world just how awesome Calgary can be.
