Hello Facebook family and friends,

We’ve seen a lot over the years at Dreams Transportation, but today brought something new—and very concerning.

Over time, we’ve had approximately 120 catalytic converters stolen. Today alone, three more were taken. In one case, our driver was actually inside the bus when it happened.

At around 10:20 AM, in a busy parking lot in the northeast, our driver was taking a break between runs and reading in the back of the bus. A vehicle pulled up beside her bus, but she didn’t notice it right away. She initially heard a noise and assumed the neighboring vehicle was inflating a tire. Moments later, she heard a noise directly underneath the bus.

She quickly got up, looked out the window, and shouted—at which point she saw a couple. The man was emerging from under the bus. They threw the catalytic converter into their vehicle and sped away.

We have camera footage from inside the bus. It appears the woman was acting as a lookout, pretending to be on her phone near the front of the bus.

The suspect vehicle is a white Honda CR-V with license plate CYT 3101. If anyone recognizes this vehicle or knows who it may belong to, please contact the police or call us at 403-590-7433. It’s also possible the vehicle itself may be stolen.

We have filed a report with the police and have also sent them the video footage.

If anyone can help identify the woman seen in the footage, please reach out to the authorities.

This kind of activity needs to stop. It’s dangerous, disruptive, expensive and unacceptable.

May 4th, 2026 - Driver and Attendant Appreciation Day and May the 4th Be With You party at Dreams! Today's celebration was a huge success and we are so thankful for our drivers and attendants who are out on the roads everyday safely transporting all of our students to and from school. We thank you! We think of you everyday but took this day to recognize and celebrate you all!

Good morning, everyone. Roads are very slippery today so please take it easy and go slow. Better to be safe. As a result some of our buses are running behind 10 - 15 min.
