NUTV is proud to be Alberta's only non-profit independent community access television station and one of the oldest campus-based, television production societies in Canada. Established in 1983 and incorporated in 1991, NUTV welcomes both the University of Calgary community and the larger Calgary community. Learning: NUTV fosters the development of industry standard media and related skills.
2. People: NUTV members form a strong team where everyone feels respected and has the opportunity to participate in all aspects of media production and as a result build their own network of friends and colleagues.
3. Killer Content: NUTV's programming captures the hearts, minds and imaginations of the students of the University of Calgary.

🎬✨We’re looking for student short films to show at the NUTV Student Film Festival 🎬✨
NUTV is accepting submissions for the 7th annual Student Film Festival! Selected films will be shown at Globe Cinema on October 7th! It’s completely free to submit and selected films will be awarded a $75 screening fee.
