Chitarra (Italian for “guitar”) is a traditional pasta-cutting tool from the Abruzzo region of Italy.

It consists of a wooden frame strung with tightly spaced steel wires. Fresh pasta dough is pressed through these wires, creating distinctive square-edged strands known as spaghetti alla chitarra.

This method not only shapes the pasta but also gives it a slightly rough texture, ideal for holding onto sauces. A simple tool with a lasting impact on Italian culinary tradition.

We are celebrating Lunar New Year with a family styled dinner! Lunar New Year 2026 falls on Tuesday, February 17th. The festivities typically last up to 16 days, filled with joy, tradition, and renewal.

The Horse is the seventh of the zodiac sign to approach the Jade Emperor’s party.

Recent years of the Horse include 2014, 2002, 1990, 1978, 1966, and 1954. This year marks the Fire Horse, a sign of courage and boldness in new situations. It is a time to shed the skin of the Snake and move forward with fresh projects, fueled by high motivation, endurance, and dynamic energy.

We invite you to join us for a special family-style tasting menu inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Far East, paired with our signature True North influences.
