SAWHAs Cochrane Cougars making the headlines!

A brand-new women’s hockey team in Cochrane is celebrating a championship in its first season.

The Cochrane Cougars captured the Southern Alberta Women’s Hockey Association Division 3 title after battling through a tough regular season and playoff run.

Champions will be crowned! All finals are set, good luck to all the teams that are playing at the Season Send Off tomorrow, March 14th at Great Plains!

The Season Sendoff Party will have drinks available to enjoy during the games! Our licence allows beverages both in the restaurant area and in the stands.

To make things easier, you can purchase 10 drink tickets in advance and pick them up when you arrive at the arena.
