IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE:
The Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy have been confirmed as essential workers.
New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern deems Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny ‘essential workers’ during COVID-19 She asked kids to be patient if the Easter Bunny can't get to everyone.
There is still a lot of confusion surrounding the definitions of social distancing, social isolation, and quarantine (mandatory isolation) - these are all not the same thing.
*Social Distancing - physically keeping distance (minimum 6 feet/2 metres) between yourself and others to prevent possible transmission of the virus
*Social Isolation - staying at home as much as possible and minimizing trips to the grocery store, etc to reduce the amount of community transmission cases of the virus
*Quarantine aka Mandatory Isolation - a LEGAL requirement to stay in your home and NOT leave for any reason (including groceries, exercise, etc) for the suggested time fame due to prior travel or close contact with an individual who is confirmed positive for COVID-19.

*HOME WORKOUT TIPS*
Fun fact: working out at home can be JUST AS effective as working out in a gym! Obviously, it's easier to become distracted and harder to stay focused on getting through your exercises so here are a few tips for a successful home workout!
*Your workout is just as serious as at the gym - put the phone down.
*If you're working from home, try to stay on a schedule that has you up and working out at roughly the same time every day to establish it as a routine.
*Clear enough space so that you don't have to modify the exercises because you didn't feel like moving the coffee table
*Something is better than nothing at all - we know it's difficult not being able to go to the gym or work out in the clinic right now, but sitting in front of the television will cause you to go backwards from your fitness goals!
