ORKA Performance
We are an integrated support team for amateur & elite athletes. Rehab & Performance.
Evernden Performance was founded out of our love for training athletes and individuals to reach their highest potential through Strength & Conditioning.
It’s sometimes hard to quantify the work these athletes put in through out their rehab.
is no exception.
She put an exceptional amount of work into the rehab while also lifting everyone else up around her.
You would hear her cheering for others through out the entire journey, and that’s special.

Higher rates of force expression don’t come from strength alone.
They come from coordination.
The ability to organize segments.
Sequence force.
Transfer energy efficiently.
If that’s missing, the athlete doesn’t just lack output—they leak it.
And when force leaks, capacity stalls.
Because capacity isn’t just how much you can produce…
It’s how well you can express it, repeatedly, under constraint.
Clean coordination → higher rates of force expression.
Higher rates → better stimulus tolerance.
Better tolerance → the ability to actually build capacity.
That’s the bridge.
Not more load.
Better organization of force.
Off-season is in full swing from Coast to Coast.
Athletes are clocking in every day.
Some are navigating the middle stages of rehab. Some are taking their first steps after surgery. Others are chasing the next level of performance before returning to their teams.
Every plan starts with clarity. Pro Athlete Intakes and individual testing help us understand where an athlete stands today.
From there, we identify the low-hanging fruit, monitor progress, and build programming around the demands waiting for them when they return to collegiate, semi-pro, and professional sport.
The calendar is different for every athlete. The objective stays the same. Move the needle.
The energy inside the facilities is high.
Athletes pushing athletes. Teammates becoming training partners. Small wins stacking into meaningful progress.
Every session is an opportunity to build momentum.
Never Hunt Aløne.

This is the evolution of the curve.
Not just over time—but through better decisions.
Each waveform reflects a system that’s adapting.
Cleaner deceleration.
Shorter ground contact.
More efficient transfer from eccentric to concentric.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s the result of applying the right stimulus… at the right time… to target the right limitation.
You’re not just chasing force.
You’re shaping how force is expressed.
In the right direction.
In the right magnitude.
In the right window of time.
Because sport doesn’t reward capacity alone.
It rewards usable output under chaos.
This is where the shift happens.
From general adaptation → to specific qualities.
From isolated improvements → to integrated performance.
And eventually…
From controlled environments → to high-intensity sport actions.
That’s what the waveform shows you.
Not just where they are.
But how close they are to transferring.

Introducing our Calgary Summer Interns 2026!
We’ve got an incredible group of students joining us for the summer.
They’re eager to learn and have already been making an impact on the floor.

A quick video breaking down how we reverse engineer the curve through drill selection.
The waveform is the fingerprint of the movement.
It tells you how the athlete is solving the problem.
That movement signature reflects strategy.
And strategy is what guides your stimulus selection.
Not guesswork.
Not random exercise selection.
You’re working backwards.
From waveform → to strategy → to intervention.
So every drill has intent.
Every progression has a reason.
And every adaptation moves the curve.

Athletes solve tasks in different ways.
One athlete could unloads early, and avoid true deceleration.
Another lives in a long, inefficient eccentric phase, with long durations, and a slow gradual eccentric slope.
Another shows a broken transfer—force built, but not stored, transferred and expressed.
Another relies on a foot and ankle–driven strategy with late peaks, due to compensatory patterns around the knee or hip.
The output might look similar.
The strategy is not.
That’s the gap that’s easy to miss.
If you only look at jump height or RSI, you miss the story.
If you understand the system, you understand root drivers.
This is how you stop programming blindly—and start prescribing with intent.
