Finished my very first marathon… 5K! 🏃‍♀️✨
It may be “just” 5K, but for me, it’s a personal milestone.

From lifting weights in the gym to stepping onto the race course today,
I’m reminded that it’s never about speed or ranking—
it’s about having the courage to challenge yourself and keep growing.

At 53, I’m still collecting new “firsts.”
The best part of life is never losing the courage to begin. ❤️
