Whistler Train Wreck 🎨🌲💥

Locally famous Whistler Train Wreck is located just over the Cheakamus River pedestrian suspension bridge via the Sea to Sky trail. This location was the result of a spectacular Canadian Pacific Railway train derailment on February 26th, 1956. The accident claimed no fatalities and the train cars were left to become an ever changing abandoned juxtaposition in the forests of Whistler, BC. Year by year the trains change as new artists come in and paint over the old artists work. 🕰️
