Broomball is a winter sport, played in an arena, with similar rules to hockey but much different equipment. Wearing special shoes with added grip, you run on the ice, trying to put the ball in your opponent's net using your 'broom'. We have a small, close-knit community in our league. The Alberta Co-ed Broomball Provincial Championships will be held in Clive, Alberta, on Saturday, March 7, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday, March 8, from 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM.
The Calgary Broomball Association is currently seeking to assemble a team to represent Calgary at this event. We kindly ask that you inform us if you, or anyone you know, would be interested in participating in what promises to be both an enjoyable and competitive tournament.
Your consideration and continued support are sincerely appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you.
