Proud to announce that my song "There Is a River" just won the grand prize in the Great American Song Contest! It's only been released on Patreon so far, but today I put it up on scottcook dot net to celebrate. That's Pamela on double bass, Justin Vilchez on mandolin, Pete Fidler on dobro, Miles Wilkinson co-producing and Brad Smith mixing and mastering. Video by Eva Anandi Brownstein and Trent Freeman s coming soon, and the whole album's coming as quick as I can get this book done!

Great the awards happened in Calgary where there are so many venues for songwriters! My band and I are proud of this album and will be touring it this summer!
