Just writing that gives me goosebumps! It’s been 4 years since I started and now I’m here. A place where I KNEW I could be.

As quite often happens when you start coming from a place of alignment, things shift and change. I have been pouring my ♥️ and soul into this new endeavour. It’s me stepping up and out in a huge way. I haven’t posted in a long time as life has been crazy. We moved and added to our family within 2 weeks of each other. I’d love to say I’m back at it working hard for my clients but the truth is ... I never stopped!! Owning my own business has given me freedom and flexibility that allows me to take care of those I love while still doing what I love for my clients. If your business is starting to impact your ability to give your family all you want then maybe it’s time to bring in someone who can help free up your time. Outsourcing is smart business and finding someone who you can trust with the business you created is key.

If there are consistently items on your list that you aren't getting to or that you don't have the desire and energy for consider delegating them to someone else or outsourcing them altogether. For small businesses, a virtual assistant is a great economical choice to help with those tasks that are eating our time and sanity. As you get to the end of the day, think back on the day, identify your peak times, the most wasteful tasks and seek to keep from repeating these tasks tomorrow. Might you have been able to more efficiently complete a task? Taking the time to make a mental note of what you can do better the next time will put you on the road to continuous improvement

Sometimes you won't complete everything you had on your list. That's okay, add them to tomorrows list with a star so that they don't get rolled over a second day. Also, by the days end you will have a rough idea of items you need to do tomorrow. Go ahead and list them so you are ready in the morning 📝✔️
