Gilles Brassart, a restauranteur from the South of France has teamed up with Dominique Moussu – owner of the L’Epicerie – Brought together by their passion for food, they invite you for a food experience. Recipes inspired from the flavours of the South of France and Mama Regine's kitchen (Gilles’s Mama). "95% of our food will be prepared from the produce at Market 17 (our neighbors at the Casel Marché). This means: always fresh, always seasonal and most often organic from our local farmers and ranchers." - Brassart (owner/operator)
