Self Realization Fellowship Calgary

We are excited to announce that the SRF Calgary Retreat will be held from April 8-10, 2025, at the serene Mount Saint Francis Retreat Centre in Cochrane. It promises to be a transformative and peaceful experience, and we are grateful for the positive response from devotees so far.

Registration Fee: $290 (includes accommodation and all meals)
Our program will include:

Energization Exercises to refresh and rejuvenate the body and mind

Classes on SRF Teachings to deepen our understanding of the path

Guided Meditations to help cultivate inner peace and mindfulness

Vegetarian Meals in Silence to nourish both body and soul

Time for Personal Prayer and Introspection to connect more deeply with the divine presence within

This retreat provides a wonderful opportunity to recharge spiritually, find inner stillness, and strengthen your practice in the company of like-minded souls.

SRF Retreat with the Monks

We will be having a Monastic-Led Retreat at the Mount St. Francis Retreat in Cochrane from April 16-17.

Very few spots are left for the evening programs. You may sign up to attend either one or both evenings by e-transferring the suggested donation noted below to [email protected]. Please indicate in the description your name and which event you wish to attend.

Satsanga (Spiritual Questions & Answers) followed by group practice of the Energization Exercises and Monastic-Led Meditation.

Wednesday, April 17, 2024 7:00 - 9:15 pm Suggested Donation: $35

Video Presentation followed by group practice of the Energization Exercises and Monastic-Led Meditation.

* We'd like to emphasize that this event is open to everyone. While we suggest a donation amount to help cover our costs, your attendance is warmly welcomed regardless of your ability to contribute.
