Recently picked up a new mattress, and the information for changing your sheets and having a mattress protector saves your mattress too, as adults sweat at night time, especially when ill.
Such a great idea to remind everyone to wash your sheets, and vaccum your mattress!
As a rule, Sundays we change our sheets at home once a week- so make a plan to do this that works for your family!
