Our programming is based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, an evidence-based approach built around eight key principles:

- Zero Exclusion: Everyone who wants to work deserves the opportunity to receive support.

- Rapid Job Search: We help you start exploring employment opportunities early, rather than requiring lengthy preparation before beginning your job search.

- Worker's Preferences: Your goals, interests, strengths, and preferences guide your employment journey.

- Time Unlimited: Support is individualized and continues for as long as you need it to succeed.
