This wasn’t just a workout.
This was therapy.
This was nervous system medicine.
This was alignment.
When I train consistently and eat clean, I’m not just building a physique…
I’m building:
• mental clarity
• emotional stability
• energy
• confidence
• happiness
The body is the gateway.
And consistency is the real flex.
Not intensity.
Not motivation.
Not “going hard.”
Just showing up when it would be easier not to.
Your life changes when you become the type of person who keeps promises to yourself.

Personally, life by Design isn’t a vibe. It’s a standard.
Everyone sees the photo.
The location. The freedom. The “energy.”
What they don’t see is the cost:
-The early mornings when I didn’t feel like it.
-The meditations when my mind was loud.
-The weeks where I had to choose discipline over comfort.
-Sitting through very uncomfortable ceremonies
-Choosing presence and patience over reactivity when triggers go off.
-Uncertainty on all levels but trusting into the path.
-The deep inner work. The shadow.
-The uncomfortable conversations.
-The solitude. The rewiring.
-The injuries.
-The parasite detoxes.
-The “I don’t know but il figure it out”
-The being “misunderstood”
-Doing the less convenient things as a way of being
This life wasn’t only manifested.
It was earned.
Not through hustle.
Through alignment, structure, focus, consistent effort and a growth mindset.
Not through motivation.
Through standards.
If you want a new life…
You need a new level of integrity
You need a high Teachability index (willingness to learn / willingness to accept change)
Be calm, Be aligned with your vision, be grateful for all that you are and have NOW, monitor your emotions and feel as good as you can during your process, and put in WORK / take massive action..
Crystals and manifestation books alone won’t do it :)

Huge shoutout to my client for the work he’s put in over the past 5 months.
✔️ Down 45+ lbs of body fat
✔️ Built lean muscle
✔️ 90% rehabbed an old shoulder injury
✔️ Established sustainable eating and training habits
We’re now moving into a strategic detox and reset phase to:
– Clean up the system
– Drop another ~15 lbs
– Restore gut health and inflammation markers
Then it’s back into build mode:
➡️ Add 15+ lbs of quality muscle
➡️ Increase strength, mobility, and overall function
Proud of you, brother. This is what long-term transformation actually looks like.

It’s more about letting go of who you are NOT than it is about trying to become someone else

December doesn’t burn people out.
It reveals who’s been running on empty all year.
Jaymee is a nurse working long, demanding shifts
and building a real estate business on the side.
Long days. High stress. Little recovery.
Putting everyone else first.. again.
When she started, it wasn’t just about “losing weight.”
It was:
• Constant fatigue
• Inconsistent workouts
• Stress holding onto body fat
• Poor sleep
• Feeling disconnected from her body despite doing “all the right things”
And December usually makes that worse.
Most high-achieving women hit this month exhausted, inflamed, and frustrated telling themselves they’ll reset in January.

December is a great time to reflect on the past year before moving into an new one.
It can also be a very busy month for many people
I like to always take some alone time in December though to do this process and digest the past year and set some clear intentions for the upcoming year
I think about “life by design”
How do I want to feel, where do I want to live, what goals do I want to hit with my health and fitness, business and personal hobbies like guitar and personal development etc
So this is maybe a reminder to take some down time in December for your self and get clear on what you want to create in 2026 🙏
