Much as we love the modern world, we also miss a simpler time; even if we have never experienced it. There are few cultures left in the world like the Mayan communities in Guatemala that still live by their hands. The cottage industries that flourish here in homes and small workshops include wax, metal, wood work and above all – weaving.
