According to the University of Dalhousie the average family in Canada will be paying $400 more for groceries in 2019. Couponing is one way to save money;however, Shopping at or on the first Tuesday of the month allows for additional savings. On November 6,2018 I saved 44% on my total bill and 33% of my bill in December. How much did you save on your last grocery bill?
