I teach many family groups.. brothers, sisters, Moms & Dads are welcome! We can design a class to fit your goals so that you can have fun getting in shape and learning Hapkido self defence techniques together in a relaxed environment.

Jump Split Kick 💥
• Also referred to as a double front kick.🥋
How far you split depends on how far apart your two targets are. (Or how flexible you are)
While in the air you perform two snapping front kicks.
Striking both targets with the balls of the toes.
Careful of the landing. Try to land in guard (in stance) to be ready for what happens next.
Advanced landing works well to show off for friends, great party trick... don’t do it in a fight.😂

KICK TRAINING
Hip opening stretches plus strength & conditioning exercises to get your kicks higher!
I recommend holding the stretches and try doing 2 - 3 sets of each if you are really working on trying to increase flexibility and range of movement.
I get very low on these stretches because I’ve been training these most of my life, It takes time.
Start slow and stay consistent and you will see progress. I practice these along with my students daily!
