PARKADE CLEANING NOTICE
Date: Tuesday, July 9 2024
Time: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
🛑 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🛑
All vehicles must be removed from the parkade by 8:00 am for a comprehensive cleaning. Failure to do so may result in a fine of $250.00 and additional charges for the cleaning contractor's return visit.
Vehicle information will be recorded before work begins.
The Corporation is not responsible for any damage to vehicles left in the parkade.
Parkade access will be restricted during cleaning hours.
🚫 Please ensure all items are removed from your parking stall. No items are allowed to be stored in the stalls as per the corporation’s bylaws. Any items left will be removed at the legal unit owner’s expense.

It is so nice to see the brand-new windows after the scaffolding has come down! Thanks for your ongoing patience as the construction team works diligently and quickly. The building is being brought back to life thanks to Entuitive and Taylor Construction!

Owners: Make sure you're checking your email for weekly updates from your Board of Directors—our window project is moving along nicely, and you'll find the latest updates each Friday! We are so excited to see all the new windows going in. They are looking quite good. Thanks to Entuitive and Taylor Construction for their work so far.

Our construction project is set in motion with the development of mockups, leading up to phase 1. Kindly check your email for the project timeline and letter concerning your window installation date from Taylor Construction. Any questions? Reach out to Equium Group at their email address. Ps. The trees are being removed. Please leave the visitor parking spots empty. Also, the parking spots will be used as a mobilization space for the duration of the project.
