How blessed am I to photograph one of my oldest friends in love. Natasha & I would walk to school together each day, since we were in the seventh grade. And now, she’s about to walk down the aisle.

Unpopular opinion: I love a church wedding.
As a photographer, churches typically offer a variety of challenges for a ceremony. Specifically when it comes to lighting. But I have never been more in awe of a space than when I walked into this church for Kara & Stasiu’s ceremony.
As much as I adore an unstructured outdoor wedding, there is beauty in tradition. An effortless elegance that will stand the test of time. A trend I see more and more of my couples leaning into as they skip first looks for ceremony reveals. Choosing to say their vows in the same church as their parents and the generations before them. A respectful nod to legacy.
