This job had three crews involved.

A concrete Cutting company using a 52 inch blade - these guys spent two days cutting. And a scaffolding crew to disconnect all of the connections from the grain bin to the building so nothing went haywire during the lift. Finally our crew to do the lift with polyurethane foam which took over 8 hours.

We had to lift a 22 inch thick slab that weighed 95 tons. Which is the equivalent of a blue whale 🐋 or a couple of empty Boeing 747s

It’s not every day you lift a grain silo 3 inches but when you do, this is how it’s done. Oh and we can lift your driveway too.

Employee Spotlight: Nauman Khan 🏔️

Nauman grew up in the mountains of Kashmir, and now spends his days spraying foam in the foothills.

"I like the atmosphere, the Beyond culture, and all the different crews I work with."

One of his favourite projects so far was a massive custom home he led, "it was a massive house and I got to learn a little bit from it… I was just glad to be part of it as the lead."

He got into spray foam back in 2015 when a buddy of his got hired as a helper and pulled him in right after. Ten years later he's still at it, and now he's leading big jobs for us. Newer to the Beyond crew but not new to the trade. We're glad he found his way here!

Ask him what he does outside of work and he'll tell you he's got a 15-month-old boy. Which is to say: he doesn't do much outside of work 😂
