May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we're showing up for it the same way we show up for every run: together.
At MiM, we know that the miles matter, and so does what's happening in your head. Movement is a powerful tool, and it works best alongside community, conversation, and the courage to say "I'm not doing great today."
This month, we're holding space for all of it. The strong days and the hard ones. The finish lines and the false starts.
