Update**
as of Aug 2022 we hit 175,000+ members and going strong. But Facebook randomly without warning deleted our group? No email, no notification, no msg.. NOTHING.
All the extremely long hours and hard work put in to the group side of Calgary Marketplace I can confidently say was unmatched by any other group. We gained over 200,000 members in less then 18months. Personally I think Facebook felt threatened as we probably had more marketplace traffic for Calgary then the official marketplace of Facebook received from Calgarians. We are trying everything to get the group back & any damages or losses due to this reimbursed.
AS OF NOW WE ARE JUST GROWING OUR CALGARY MARKETPLACE (PAGE) SIDE OF THE MARKETPLACE EXPERIENCE.
