Just got in a solid workout in. First decent one in a while and it feels good but I am sure exhausted. It was a good way to clear my mind and distract me from life in general. Sometimes things can seem so heavy and exhausting but a good workout lifting heavier things always does the trick.
If the stress builds up or important things so far away you need to just focus and clear your mind cause that can easily be the thing that makes you feel exhausted. All the small rewards add up and seem worthwhile but never loose focus on you dreams and goals you are trying to reach. 💪🏻💪🏻

New week and new month and it’s time to crush this month. Got a solid shoulder workout and even though the push up challenge is over I started my workout with a solid 100 pushups to get warmed up.
Definitely trying to regain the form I had in the past and today was a great start. Pushed myself and added some extra exercises to push the shoulders even more. But I need to thank those who have been encouraging and supporting me in my journey. The amazing encouragement really fuels the fire even more to push myself and reach my goals!! Thank you everyone. 🥰😘🥰❤️

Start of a new week and a great way to get motivated again. Got a sold back day in and continued with my push up challenge. Sure it was only 77 to do today but the rest of the week is gonna be intense. But each day I am feeling stronger and stronger and only getting better. As long as you focus on the passion and determination one has you can get the work done that you need to do!!

Got a great shoulder workout in today and it felt awesome. Gotta get as much in before I hit the road on Monday. Had a great time with my gym bro and always had some great laughs. Started out with 100 pushups then one hell of a workout. Finished it off with a great meal of scrambled eggs to refuel the protien needed..

Forgot to put this up last night but did a phenomenal arm day yesterday and walking out of the gym feeling like I did was amazing. Been happy with the results for over the past just over two weeks and can definitely say that my mental health has increased and in the end, that’s all that matters. But next week is gonna be interesting when I’m out on the road, but luckily the hotels I’m staying at say they have a gym so we’ll see how well that goes. heading out the door for the gym right now as I post this and to go alongwith the day be Valentine’s Day the most important thing is to be able to love yourself before anything and anyone else. So for me, the gym is definitely away. I’m able to do this and all it takes is the first step.

Well it’s been just over 2 weeks back at the gym and I am feeling fantabulous. Today was a solid back day and finished it off with Day 2 of my push up challenge of 80 today. I have a total of 2000 to hit by the end of the month. This will be a great way to get the arms and back built back up. I love how my body is getting back to where it was and resetting its self. Tomorrow is 120 and yesterday was 92. Just wait till the 180 counts in the next week or 2.

It’s been 2 weeks back at the gym and I am feeling better than ever. Today was leg day and it felt amazing and as much as I am not a fan of leg day it was a great workout. As I mentioned earlier going back to working on certain muscle groups when I hit the gym makes a huge difference for myself. Everyone has their own system that works and that’s all that matters when you are working on being the best you can be for yourself.

Had a great workout yesterday and needed it after the amazing supper I had (few extra biscuits to work off). Did a phenomenal shoulder workout and it is so good being back into my regular routine I had followed a few years back. Everyone trains different and with myself working in certain muscle groups and isolating those groups give me better results. I have tried the circuit style training and it never gave me the results I needed or wanted. So if anyone wants to start hitting the gym and whatever style you need please make sure it’s best for you and gives you the results you want. Only you know what’s best for your body and nobody can tell you different.

Had a great workout yesterday and still feeling the swell the next day. That’s one of the many reasons I love hitting the gym is feeling the results the next day. And also having the right gym buddy for accountability always makes the session go by way to fast. In these past 2 weeks I have also been seeing a lot of changes just in my mental happiness. 💪🏻💪🏻
It may take a lot to drag your ass to the gym somedays especially day after day but it is so worth it in so many levels!!!

Got a good upper body workout in yesterday and it was also with an audience. Was talking to some friends on Tictok live and they asked if I could stay on and keep me accountable so why not. So it was a fun workout and apparently I was able to motivate and inspire a few friends to get back into the gym.
It’s sad how the personal trainer market is so saturated with some people trying to make an easy buck here. Otherwise I would be interested helping people make a difference but I have no problem taking friends to the gym with me or even just being some sort of motivation to help themselves. I am doing this all for me and those I inspire is just a huge bonus in my mind!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
