Hibiscus Iced Tea recipe

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil (212f/100c),
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of fine cut hibiscus.
Steep for 7 minutes
Due to the density of the fine cut hibiscus,
stir every minute or so during the steeping time..
After steeping (while hot) add 2 tablespoons of honey.
Stir mixture until honey is completely dissolved.
Refrigerate to cool.
Serve over ice with 2 squeezed out lime wedges
