Summer appears to be in full swing already which is very exciting but I can’t help but relive this snow/rainy/beautiful day. K+J opted for an intimate elopement style ceremony with their family and then a bigger wedding at the Bluebird in Banff which happens to be one of my favourite cocktail bars in Banff.

Planning a wedding in Banff in March can be tricky, having no idea if it will be +15 or -25 but these two embraced every moment.

Getting exciting to capture some incredible elopements in Banff this year.

Elopements are one of my favourite events to shoot. There is just something so magical about heading to a beautiful place (I think Banff is one of the greatest spots) and having the freedom to explore and capture memories without any hullabaloo .. speaking of which, I’m pretty impressed with myself for working the word hullabaloo into a caption.

Tamara & Brandon had a vision for their wedding day that was a little different than most. They wanted an adventurous yet intimate experience with their closest love ones without all the bells and whistles you find with a more traditional wedding.
