Cracked drain pipe causing some black mold where it all collected.

Was up in an attic today in NW Calgary and saw vermiculite insulation for the first time in a home. Vermiculite was know to have particles of asbestos in it from the mine it was mined from in Libby Montana. Was a very good insulation at the time, but ended up being deadly to all the people that worked In the mine. Its an interesting read on the past when you Google it.

This home had a water stain caused by deteriorated caulking around a shower and tub. Remember to check your caulking around your tubs and showers at least twice a year.
