Our Pub Mac comes loaded with braised beef short rib, aged cheddar, Edam cheese, creamy beer sauce, whiskey BBQ glaze, fried onion, and herbed bread crumbs.

Our Colossal Nachos at Windsor Rose are loaded with tri-flavoured tortilla chips, diced red onion, bell peppers, pickled jalapeños, sliced ripe olives, Monterey jack, cheddar, mozzarella, spring onion, and diced tomato. Served with salsa and sour cream, with add-ons like brisket, Cajun chicken, guacamole, chorizo, taco beef, and extra cheese.
