This series is a living ceremony of movement, breath, and sound - to journey with the elements and awaken the intelligence that resides within you.

This 5-week immersive series weaves together ecstatic dance, somatic awareness, pranic breathwork, and sound to guide you into deeper layers of self-discovery, healing, and embodied remembrance. This is a return - to instinct, to sensation, to truth.

No experience is needed.
Only a willingness to listen, to feel, and to let your body speak.

As part of her Artist Residency at Evolved Movement Arts, choreographer and performer Sylvie Moquin is opening up the creative process behind a new contemporary dance work premiering with Strata Creations this June. .and.co 💫

The evening will include:
— a glimpse into live rehearsal + creation process
— an excerpt of the new work
— space for dialogue, reflection, and questions with the artists

Whether you’re curious about choreography, creative process, or simply want to witness art in an intimate setting, you are warmly welcome.

Dance Temple has been evolving for many years.
Long before we began offering Dance Temple at Evolved Movement Arts, Kylee Dawn, founder of Inner Journeys, had already been facilitating ecstatic dance spaces for many years prior. 💫

What’s been created through that experience is a space that feels grounded, intentional, and deeply personal.

The facilitation is minimal enough to allow genuine freedom of expression, while still offering enough guidance for people to feel safe, supported, and able to fully drop in.

Over time, Dance Temple has grown into more than just a dance session. It’s become a space where people can move without performance, connect without pressure, and experience themselves through music, movement, and presence.
