Jenna Dunlop founded JMD Writing in 2001 after realizing there was a gap between what was published scientifically and what people had access to. Jenna's passion for both science and writing made the perfect marriage of skills to fill the gap. JMD Writing exists to make scientific literature more accessible to non-scientists, and to ensure that every scientist (no matter their native language or writing level) could have their work seen and heard. With JMD Writing, every client can be sure that their work will be cared for and transformed with both science, and writing style in mind.

JMD Writing's founder Jenna Dunlop is a member of the Plain Language Association International (PLAIN), and was nominated as a 2020 Woman of Inspiration.
