After a little break it’s time to get dehydrating again for spring markets. Some new flavours for the summer and some old favourites.

Still looking for some Christmas drink ideas? I have a small amount of stock left after my Christmas markets.

I have some mulled cider kits- equally good as mulled wine and in apple juice as a non-alcoholic drink. Try it as a mulled white wine - totally unique and yummy!

I also have some Christmas Gins and Hot Toddy infusions left.

The warm drinks were selling fast at today. Only half a dozen mulled wines and hot toddy’s left. Get there early tomorrow morning if you’ve had your eye on these. Lots of other fantastic vendors to visit!

Our new holiday infusion collection!! We have a Christmas Gin, Hot Toddy, Spiced Rum and Mincemeat Tart liqueur. Just pour your booze into the bottle and leave to infuse for a couple of days then enjoy with your favourite mixer. Each bottle makes 7 1oz drinks. All the flavours of the holidays in an easy cocktail. $15 each.

Dehydrated fruit is a sustainable way of garnishing your cocktails. Why cut up a whole fruit when you just need a slice. And it’s a great way to preserve fruit thats in season. Two local cocktail makers and make my fruit look great in their photographs. If you’d like a box of mixed dried fruit send me a DM.

Angostura Bitters Infused Sugar Cubes. The perfect stocking stuffer for the old-fashioned cocktail or champagne cocktail lover in your life. 20 cubes in each festive box. Available in original Angostura or orange Angostura.

Lemon and Chamomile Hot Toddy.

This drink will keep you warm all winter!! Fill the bottle with your favorite whisky and leave to infuse for 1-4 days. Strain and measure 1oz into a heatproof glass then top up with hot water. You could also add some honey if you want. Bottle makes 7 1oz drinks.

Mulled gift sets can now be pre ordered! Your choice of mulled wine or mulled cider, stemless wine glass, and choice of coaster (artwork by a talented friend of mine of either Three Sisters Mountains or Canadian Critters). Ready to gift or you can add the alcohol to gift along with the set! Perfect for friends, coworkers or teachers. $30 each.

Made a large pot of mulled cider and tested it on my neighbors around the camp fire this evening. Will have these mulled cider mixes (just add some cider and heat to infuse) ready for Christmas markets but if you’d like one before December let me know. This is equally good with apple juice for a non alcoholic version.

Is Thanksgiving going to be an outdoor celebration for you this year? I have the perfect drink!! Mulled wine mix kits full of all the flavor of the holidays! Put in a pan with a bottle of red wine and simmer for 15-30 minutes. So easy!! Let me know in next couple of days if you’d like a box and I will have them ready to pick up on Friday.
