Janu Vasti/Basti Ayurveda Therapy for Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, knee Injury, Sports Injury, Knee Pain due to obesity, Frozen Joints, Old age related issues.
Janu Vasti is a specialized knee therapy used to strengthen the knee muscles and the knee joints. Retaining warm medicated oil over the painful knee joint for a certain period.
The oils used for this treatment are decided according to the type of injury or pain or imbalance in the energies i.e Vata , Pita, Kapha.
