Big day helping a local auction house move some unique inventory! To anyone who bought in on this purely because of the price, and doesn't have the next steps (i.e. programming, wiring harness, adapter plate) figured out, we're happy to help. We've been in touch with HPEVS and will be offering programming and parts to anyone in need... whether you're local, provincial, or even national. Still finalizing pricing, but expect about $500 CAD for the programming service and around $600 CAD for the rest of the bits to make this a functional kit (wiring harness, HV contactor, and Curtis "Spyglass" gauge).
