Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 cups noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 4 tablespoons shallots or green onions
- 1/4 cup capsicum/bell pepper, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon green chile sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch MSG

Berry and White Chocolate Trifle
Ingredients
- 12 Bo***ir or lady fingers Biscuits
- 500 milliliters bought custard- I used Woolworth's
- 250 milliliters cream
- 100 grams slab white chocolate
- 125 grams blue berries
- 400 grams strawberries- hulled and cut in smallish chunks
- medium cream sherry- I used a cap full per mini trifle
- more white chocolate for decorating- optional

Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients
- Coarse salt or sugar, for ri***ng the glass
- Lots of ice (about 1 to 2 cups ice cubes)
- 4 fluid ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
- Lime slices garnish
- Whole fresh strawberries, garnish
- 4 ounces tequila
- 1 1/2 ounces Triple Sec

Plantain Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of sweet chili dressing
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 1/2 seasoning cube
- A head of lettuce
- 1 small bulb of red onions
- 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
- 1 finger of ripe plantain
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 3 medium shrimps
- 2 firm tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 small yellow bell pepper

Avocado & Black Bean
Ingredients
- 2 mediums avocados, peeled and diced sprinkle w/lemon juice
- 1 can (15 ounce) Black beans, drained
- fresh cilantro, rough chopped to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt or to taste
- 3 to 6 dashes of Tabasco sauce, depending on your taste
- 2 mediums tomatoes
- Tortilla chips
- 1/2 small of a white onion, diced

Preparation
Combine tomatoes, black beans, avocados, cilantro, onion garlic salt and Tabasco;Blend well.Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.Eat with tortilla chips or in a burrito.
