The Dad Games are coming to F45 Seton! 🔥🔥

This Father’s Day, we’re throwing down for the dads. Sunday, June 21 from 1–3:30PM, and the whole family’s invited.

Here’s what’s going down:
✅ Dad + Mini Relay — a 10-minute partner workout for dad & kiddo (ages 6+), winners by best time
✅ Strongest Dad Showdown — the top 3 relay dads battle for prizes, bragging rights & the official title
✅ BBQ + local vendors to wrap up the day
✅Prizes, giveaways & good times

☀️ SUMMER SCHEDULE UPDATE! ☀️

As we gear up for warmer weather and longer days, we’re making a few seasonal tweaks to our studio schedule.
Starting June 1st, the following class times will be taking a summer break:

❌ Tues & Thurs: 9:30 AM
❌ Saturdays: 11:30 AM
❌ Sundays: 7:00 AM

All other classes are running as usual! There are still plenty of chances to hit the turf and crush your goals with us all summer long. 💪
