Maven Movement Performance offers heels performance and multi-styled progressives to all levels of adult dancers. Producing and selling out three themed shows a year, Maven Movement has been in operation since 2015 and is so proud of the community it has fostered. An active provider of safe studio spaces that is inclusive of all races, genders and sexualities, our emphasis stands with body positivity, personal expression and simply - the joy of dance and performance!
There is something really special about watching adults make time for themselves.
Weeks of rehearsals. Busy schedules. A little bit of stage fright. Friends and family in the audience.
With each performance session at Maven, we see people proving that it’s never too late to try something new, take up space, and step on stage.

Festival season in class form 🪩🎶
This open level class is inspired by the energy of Badlands Music Festival blending electronic music, cardio, club-style movement, and nonstop energy into one sweaty summer session. Expect dynamic choreography, powerful beats, and a class atmosphere designed to help you move freely and get lost in the music.
Open Level: Whether you’re newer to dance or more experienced, this class is all about energy, movement, and having a good time.

✨ What a weekend! ✨
Congratulations to all of our Mavens on two incredible performances.
The real ? Show days are long. They’re exciting, stressful, exhausting, and usually involve the unexpected. This weekend the vibes were high and the energy backstage was just as good as the energy onstage 💕
Thank you to everyone who joined us in the audience. Whether you were supporting a friend, family member or partner, thank you for spending some time with us!
