Little Ellie May is just 5 months old, and was outstanding for her very first full groom. Starting your puppy early (3 months of age) goes along way in helping her to enjoy her groom time. A good groomer will take the time needed to ensure a good experience for your puppy.

Grooming is exhausting!

This is Rosie. What breed is she? If you guessed a Bichon or a Maltese you'd be close but wrong. She's a Coton du Tulear originating in Madagascar and related to both the Bichon and the Maltese. They are playful, funny and affectionate.

This lovely girl came for a bath and de-shed today. She promised me she would not lay in the dirt for at least a day.

Two very special girls were in for a bath and tidy today. Very sweet souls.

I had the opportunity to groom this delightful, bouncy little guy today. Gibbs is only 4 months old and he still has his very soft puppy coat. Some coats are so soft, they mat in a blink. Soft coats can be difficult to brush and any mats can cause discomfort and stress to a first-timer so a shave down is the only option. Fortunately he was relatively mat-free on his head and face.
