I’m searching for another rental property to add to our portfolio 🙌

Taking the girls on a little road trip to check out an apartment building. New territory for us, we are nervous, but in order to grow we have to go outside of our comfort zone.

We are doing this!
We have the knowledge!
We have the grit.
We have the motivation 🙌

There is only one way to grow and that lane by doing the work.

Every Sunday we sit down and map out the week. Map out our workouts, our meal plan, our grocery list, kids activities, my patients, work schedule, podcast recordings, and the list goes on....

If you have anxiety (or not!) about the week ahead, sit down and map it out!

I always divide my days into 4 columns;

1. Physio
2. Stenner Fitness
3. Solia Properties
4. Personal

Each day I choose ONE area to focus on and THREE main tasks.

This week we chat about how to be a player in your life and not just a fan. It’s a concept we have been reading and researching about for the past 6 weeks, but essentially have been following this way of life for decades.

We discuss the difference between being an active player in your life versus being a passive fan.

We also chat about the importance of having a plan to achieve your goals and how to overcome roadblocks.
