Strong communities are built when people support one another. Join us for a Training on Peer Support and learn practical ways to connect with, listen to, and support fellow seniors in our community.

Open to Filipino adults, 55 years old +. No prior experience is needed. Come build new skills, meet new people, and help strengthen a network of care for Filipino seniors in Calgary.

Join us as we kick off our first YouthRising Wellness Workshop with bracelet making! This is a chance to try something new, connect with other youth (ages 13-18), and take a break from the usual routine. Whether you want to make a bracelet for yourself, a friend, or just spend some time creating, everyone is welcome.
All materials will be provided, and no experience is needed. Come create, connect, and leave with something uniquely yours!

We’re launching FREE Digital Literacy Classes for Seniors to help older adults build confidence with technology in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
