Drew Mullaney brings an exceptional depth of technical expertise and dedication to continuous learning. His journey into technology began early, sparked by curiosity and hands-on experimentation, eventually leading him into data networking, systems administration, and ultimately full-scale development. Today, Drew specializes in designing, building, and architecting advanced solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and modern data ecosystem.

What sets Drew apart is his rare level of certification achievement. He is one of only a very small group of professionals globally — alongside Bauer Automate founder Ryley Bauer — who have attained this combination of advanced Microsoft certifications, placing him among the most highly credentialed Power Platform professionals in the world.

Welcome to the Bauer Automate team, Blake! 🎉

Blake Evans brings a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a specialization in energy and the environment. Throughout his career, he’s worked across a diverse range of industries—including commercial real estate, film production, HVAC and building systems design, and environmental air emissions quantification—giving him a well-rounded perspective on how organizations operate and where friction tends to occur!

That cross-industry experience shapes how Blake approaches Power Platform Consulting today. He’s especially passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement, helping organizations clearly identify what’s actually holding them back and working collaboratively toward practical, realistic solutions.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys staying active and working on personal projects like coding and exploring new ideas. You’ll also find him hiking, spending time with friends, watching movies, or recharging with sauna and heat-based recovery. 💆‍♂️

What a year it’s been — we nearly doubled our team, celebrated new certifications across the board, and proudly watched two of our team members complete their degrees. We also had the incredible opportunity to speak at the 4th Annual Power Platform Community Conference in Las Vegas, sharing what we’ve learned about building and running a thriving user group.
