Thumbs up Thursday 👍 One of my favourite plants this week is this stunning, shimmering Peperomia- The Peperomia Frost! I love the shimmer, the shine and the details in each of its healthy plump leafs- 👍👍Thumbs up to Peperomias!! # ..-and I think I’m thirsty! 🥃🍻🪴

Dischidia Oiantha- White Diamond are easy to care for 🪴They love to trail, or climb, and enjoy bright ☀️ yet indirect light! They are closely related to Hoya’s, and are Native to China 🇨🇳, India 🇮🇳, and the Philippines 🇵🇭 Happy Trailing Tuesday!💕.

The Syngonium is an easy tropical plant to care for and doesn't need a lot of special care. The Syngonium plant will be happy when it is in a bright spot and its soil is kept moist, it’s easy to propagate and can be trained to be either trailing, or climbing.

☀️ Bright indirect light can tolerate medium light

💦 Water very lightly every 7-10 days or when the soil is nice and dry! The leaves will curl in when they are very thirsty

Happy Philodendron Friday!

I thought I’d feature the three philodendron that we have in stock this week 😊

I just can’t get enough!

Trailing plants are always welcome in this house! They can come in and occupy anywhere they will fit 😁

This beautiful Cissus Amazonica is in the vining family but it will cascade very nicely! It is in a north facing room which is not the preferred location but this one does seem to be tolerating the lower light!

☀️ They prefer bright indirect light

💦 Light waterings every 7-10 days or when their beginning to try out

🌱 Cut below a leaf and place the nod into prop mix or water wait 4 weeks or so for roots

Monsteras.. are.. so cool!! 🤓😎

Dubias have a gorgeous shimmering dark and light green foliage that is irresistible!

They are a climbing plant which means they will flourish on a post, plank or pole.

Once their Ariel roots have stabilised into the support around them then the leaves will begin to grow bigger!

☀️ They thrive in bright to medium light

💦 Water every 5-7 days or when the soil begins to try out (misting the foliage is beneficial for them)

🌱 Cut right below a node or in the middle of an internode then place cutting in rooting prop mix or water

Snake plants.. must have plant for anyone!

So easy going, low to bright light tolerant. Water very lightly a few times a month. Pests rarely go for them!
And they release oxygen at night which means they are really great for bedrooms!

Tradescantias are another wonderful, challenging and a little confusing succulent that grows like a w**d with minimal care (once you figure out what it needs in your home!)

☀️ They seem to prefer bright indirect light but can tolerate the medium light especially if they are the darker leaf variety!

💧 And light waterings! I water mine every 7 or so days with a nice splash. And I try to avoid getting the foliage wet! These succulents don’t always appreciate having moisture on or in their foliage.
