Silverado Community Rink – Volunteers Needed & Safety Notice

The Silverado Community Association is looking for volunteers to help with ongoing work at the community rink. If you’re able to spare some time, your help would make a big difference and is greatly appreciated by the entire community.

We also kindly ask all skaters to please use extra caution while on the rink. There are multiple holes on the ice that we are currently working to repair. Until repairs are completed, please skate carefully and be mindful of uneven areas.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support in keeping the Silverado rink safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you’re interested in volunteering, please comment below or reach out to the Silverado Community Association directly.

Somerset Lawn and Snow did an amazing job clearing out the rink to get ready for the flood; If you need snow removal services, these guys should be your first call. Amazing community support for the residents of Silverado!

🧊 Help Needed – Looking to Borrow a Snow Blower for the Rink! ❄️

Hey Silverado neighbours!
We’re planning to clear the community rink before we start flooding, but we could really use a snow blower to get the job done efficiently.

If anyone has a snow blower we could borrow for a short time, it would be a huge help and greatly appreciated by everyone excited to use the rink this season!
